ABOUT RAI
Built Around the Owner.
RAI Commercial Group is a Texas commercial real estate brokerage serving private investors and property owners from Greater Houston. We combine transaction execution with investment-level analysis to help clients make informed decisions across acquisition, ownership, and disposition.
HOW WE WORK
Strategy Starts With Understanding the Asset.
01
UNDERSTAND THE ASSET
Evaluate income, tenancy, market position, operating expenses, capital requirements, financing, and execution risk.
02
DEFINE THE OBJECTIVE
Determine what the owner or investor needs the asset to accomplish and how the decision fits within the broader investment strategy.
03
EXECUTE THE STRATEGY
Translate the analysis into action through acquisition, disposition, repositioning, portfolio strategy, or select leasing.

LEADERSHIP
Giovanna “Giovi” Marquis
Investment Sales Manager
Giovi Marquis leads RAI Commercial Group, advising private investors and property owners on the acquisition, disposition, and strategic management of commercial real estate across Texas. Her approach combines disciplined underwriting with practical transaction experience, focusing on the fundamentals that drive value: income, capital, market position, risk, and execution.
With more than 14 years of experience spanning business development, wealth management, commercial real estate advisory, and ownership, Giovi brings both an investment and transaction perspective to each assignment. She works across retail, specialty-use, flex and industrial properties, and development land, helping clients make informed decisions within the broader context of their ownership and investment strategy.
OUR PERSPECTIVE
The Transaction Is Only One Part of the Investment.
Commercial real estate decisions rarely exist in isolation. An acquisition affects capital allocation. Leasing affects income and asset value. Repositioning affects future marketability. A disposition affects what comes next.
RAI approaches each assignment within that broader context, considering the property, the numbers, the ownership objective, and the long-term implications of the decision.
